1 What services do you provide?
We offer web design, advertising, and digital marketing services for small to medium businesses. From landing pages to full e-commerce sites, we handle everything end to end.
2 How long does a typical project take?
Ad Campaigns are run on the same day of approval, but Most website projects take 2-4 weeks depending on scope. A simple website is usually 10-14 days. We’ll share a timeline with milestones after our first call.
Complex projects with custom features may take longer. We keep you updated weekly.
3 Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes, we work with outside clients in a rare cases. We coordinate via Zoom, Slack, and email. Payment can be made via international bank transfer or PayPal.
Mostly we love to work with clients inside our INIDA.
4 Will I own the website and code after delivery?
Absolutely. Once final payment is made, you get 100% ownership of the website, source code, assets, and accounts.
5 Do you provide website maintenance?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance plans that include updates, backups, security checks, and small content changes. You can also go pay-as-you-go.
1 How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on features, number of pages, and complexity. We provide a fixed quote after understanding your requirements. No hidden charges.
2 Do you require an advance payment?
Yes, we take 50% advance to start work and 50% before final delivery. For larger projects, we can do 40% - 30% - 30% milestone payments.
All payments are covered by a simple agreement.
3 Did you collect GST?
Yes, we follow govt. rules and provide services under gst billing.
4 Do you offer refunds?
Because work is custom, we don’t offer refunds on completed work. But we do unlimited revisions during the project until you’re happy with it.
5 Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can start with a basic website and add e-commerce, blog, or extra pages later. We’ll just quote the additional work.
1 How can I contact support?
You can reach us via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days.
For urgent issues, WhatsApp is fastest.
2 What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Mon - Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. We also monitor emails on Sundays for critical issues.
3 Do you provide training after handover?
Yes. We give you a 30-min video call to walk through how to update content, add pages, and manage your site. Plus we share documentation.
4 What if I find a bug after delivery?
We provide 30 days of free bug-fix support after launch. Anything outside scope will be quoted separately.
5 Can you help with hosting issues?
Yes. If we set up your hosting, we’ll help with DNS, SSL, and server issues. If it’s third-party hosting, we’ll guide you step by step.
