3. Account Registration

To place an order for campaigns or any other services, users must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may use your account details to manage orders, campaigns, and communication.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms: All services require prepayment. For some services we may accept 50% advance and 50% before delivery.
Payment Methods: Direct Bank Transfer and UPI.
Refunds: Since we complete services as per order, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information for invoicing, GST, and campaign setup. Timely approvals and assets are required from the client. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio

All concepts, drafts, and work-in-progress remain the property of Dream Land Digital until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
Portfolio: We do not showcase client work by default. We may feature your project on our homepage only with your prior written consent.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect your Name, Email, Phone, WhatsApp, and billing details. This data is used for creating invoices, GST filing, fulfilling government requirements, managing your account, running campaigns, and contacting you regarding your orders. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Land Digital is not responsible for ad platform policy changes, account bans, or performance of advertising campaigns. Marketing results cannot be guaranteed as they depend on multiple external factors.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
