2. Services & Ad Inventory
Dream Land Digital provides the following services:
- Digital Marketing Services
- Advertising Services - Social Media Ads, Google Ads, Display Advertising etc.
- Website Development Services - on request
The exact scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each client will be defined in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
3. Account Registration
To place an order for campaigns or any other services, users must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may use your account details to manage orders, campaigns, and communication.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms: All services require prepayment. For some services we may accept 50% advance and 50% before delivery.
Payment Methods: We now accept payments through Razorpay Payment Gateway, Direct Bank Transfer and UPI. All payments processed via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy.
Invoice PDF - On Request Only: We do not automatically generate or send invoice PDFs to all clients after payment. Invoice PDF is provided only when requested by the client. If you need the invoice PDF, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and we will provide it within a few minutes. For accounting and GST compliance, invoices are generated internally.
Refunds: Since we complete services as per order, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. No refund will be available after completed campaigns / completed orders under any circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities & Ad Policy
Clients must provide accurate information for invoicing, GST, and campaign setup.
Timely approvals and assets are required from the client. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.
Invoicing Address: If a client does not provide a complete billing address, we may generate the invoice using the client name and only the state as mentioned/available in the invoice PDF for billing purposes to comply with invoicing and GST requirements. The invoice is generated internally for our accounting purpose and is shared only on request.
Allowed Ads: We only run clean ads such as affiliate offers, digital marketing promotions, e-commerce banners, lead gen and other legitimate promotional content that complies with our publisher policies.
Prohibited & Suspension: If any advertiser runs any ad that is misleading, deceptive, or harmful to the viewers of our premium publisher website (yojnaupdates.com), we reserve the right to suspend the advertiser account immediately without any prior notice, and without any refund or chargeback. The decision of Dream Land Digital in such cases will be final.
6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio
All concepts, drafts, and work-in-progress remain the property of Dream Land Digital until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
Portfolio: We do not showcase client work by default. We may feature your project on our homepage only with your prior written consent.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect your Name, Email, Phone, WhatsApp, and billing details (including State). This data is used for creating invoices, GST filing, fulfilling government requirements, managing your account, running campaigns, and contacting you regarding your orders. If complete address is not provided by the client, we may use only the Client Name and State in the invoice PDF. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
8. Traffic Source & Limitation of Liability
Our ad impressions are primarily served on our owned premium property yojnaupdates.com. Traffic on yojnaupdates.com is generated through paid marketing channels and organic Google traffic. Advertiser performance depends on available inventory, audience behavior, and market factors on the said property.
Dream Land Digital is not responsible for third-party ad platform policy changes, account bans, or guaranteed performance of advertising campaigns. Marketing results cannot be guaranteed as they depend on multiple external factors.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date.
